Key Difference
How to Use & Recommended Dosage
TDP-B is added to the compound as a replacement of polymer in a ratio of 2 parts of polymer replaced by 3 parts of TDP-B. Additionally the cure package needs to be modified to increase the cross-linking density a bit.
For optimum results replace 5% -7.5% of rubber with TDP-B. In tire & re-tread related application 15%-30% & higher dosage up to 70% in application such as Conveyor, molding, molding parts, shoes soles, etc.
