How to Use & Recommended Dosage

 

Replace the Plasticizer oil 1:1 with RSC Plast, reduce carbon black 5 to 10 PHR to match the hardness, and adjust the curative to meet the required scorch safety, cure time & desired cross-linked density.

In several cases replacing 50% petroleum-based rubber process oil with RSC Plast has shown significant benefits. It is suitable for use in NR, SBR, PBR & EPDM compounds.
