How to Use & Recommended Dosage

Tinna 3R should be added in the early stage of mixing with rubber to achieve uniform dispersion. It is suitable for use in NR, SBR, PBR, EPDM and can be used as a filler in TPR/TPE.

Tinna 3R recommended dosages are:

• For tires: Up to 20phr

• For conveyor belts and solid tires: 20-40 phr.
