For Rubber Compounders
Tire Derived Polymer
TDP-B (Tire Derived Polymer)
FutureOpp Grade TDP-11C
Product Description
TDP-B is a De-vulcanized truck tire tread Tire Derived Polymer (TDP) made from 100% recycled rubber without any chemicals & additives. TDP-B can be used in multiple applications such as tire, conveyors, molding and others. It is a versatile material that offers higher performance compared to fillers such as crumb, MRP or reclaim rubber.
Produced using Tyromer's tire-derived-polymer devulcanization technology. Benefits & Features
- Polymer substitute
- Cost saving
- Less price volatility
- Low density
- Easy integration into compounds
- Excellent processability
- Addresses producer responsibility

How to Use & Recommended Dosage
TDP-B is added to the compound as a replacement of polymer in a ratio of 2 parts polymer replaced by 3 parts TDP-B. The cure package needs to be modified to increase the cross-linking density a bit.
For optimum results, replace 5–7.5% of rubber with TDP-B. In tire & re-tread applications, 15%–30%, and higher dosage up to 70% in applications such as conveyor, molding, molding parts, shoe soles, etc.
