How to Use & Recommended Dosage
Replace plasticizer oil 1:1 with RSC Plast, reduce carbon black 5–10 phr to match hardness, and adjust the curative to meet the required scorch safety, cure time and cross-link density.
In several cases, replacing 50% of petroleum-based rubber process oil with RSC Plast has shown significant benefits. Suitable for use in NR, SBR, PBR and EPDM compounds.

Packaging
- Packed in low-melt EVA rolls and in HDPE sacks of 66 lb (30 kg) each.
- HDPE sacks are then packed onto pallets.
- 16 bags × 66 lb (30 kg) = 1,058 lb (480 kg); 1 bag × 44 lb (20 kg) = 44 lb (20 kg); total 1,102 lb (500 kg) per pallet.
- Shelf life: 8 months from production date, depending on storage conditions.
