FutureOpp is a New York–based company established in 2021 with a mission to develop new products and markets in rubber recycling — advancing a sustainable, circular economy with profitable, real-world impact.
At FutureOpp, we believe in creating health, mutual wealth, and strong relationships through every initiative we pursue. Our team combines the strength of three generations and over 100 years of experience across manufacturing, trading, and recycling within the global rubber industry.
From our headquarters in Long Island, New York, R&D operations in India, and warehousing facilities throughout the United States, we operate with a truly global footprint.
Our Roots in Rubber Science
Arun Kapoor trained at Bayer in Leverkusen, Germany, under Dr. Werner Hofmann — author of Vulkanisation und Vulkanisationshilfsmittel (Bayer, 1965) and the Rubber Technology Handbook, and the most senior rubber scientist of his generation.
A place on Hofmann's programme was one of the highest technical credentials the rubber industry could offer, and that grounding in compound science still shapes how we formulate, test and develop products today.
